Shipping availability and charges

Delivery is available to addresses accepted at checkout. Available shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout before you place your order. If your destination is not available, please contact support@hachiform.com before ordering.

Processing and delivery

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 7–15 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. Please check your shipping address before placing an order and contact us promptly if it needs to be corrected.

Delays or delivery problems

If we cannot ship within the promised processing time, we will contact you with an updated estimate and the option to agree to the delay or cancel for a refund. If tracking shows a problem or your order has not arrived, email support@hachiform.com with your order number so we can investigate.
