Return window and condition

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn items in their original condition with tags attached.

How to start a return

Email support@hachiform.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the item you wish to return. We will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Please contact us before sending a return; the business contact address is not necessarily the return destination.

Return shipping

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect. For a faulty or incorrect item, contact us with your order number and photos of the issue so we can arrange a resolution.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the refund.
